what's going on;

During our radio show we learn how to program and edit music. It sounds pretty easy, but when it comes down to it, there's a ton of complicated things to do. Terry Lee (our manager) is pretty laid-back, but when we accidentally mess something up he flips! mainly because he's the one that started the Mustang radio show. Next year when he graduates there will be a new manager (I hope it's me!) but all the Dj's have to compete to get it. This year we have to organize a concert at our school, which is going to be totally hard, but I think I can handle it. :]

mustang 103.3 fm;

Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday me, Jasmine and Libby have a radio show. The broadcasting room is in the media center and that's where all the magic happens. There are other dj's too, but our show is the bomb diggity. We always get a ton of callers and song requests, showing that people listen to our show. Mustang 103.3fm is like the best station out there, so be sure to tune in every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 3-4pm.

Music-an art of sound in time that expresses ideas and emotions in significant forms through the elements of rhythm, melody, harmony, and color. Music screams the words we're to afraid to say. Musicians write songs to show their passion towards another or some other thing. Sometimes the only way to get through to people is by saying something through music. Writing songs is like writing poems, which show your own opinion and thoughts. Music is one of the best things or shape of poetry ever created by man. Listening to music is like running away and escaping from all your fears and stress. Music is an addiction to everyone. Turn up the music and block out the world!

This song is talking about looking back on your life and realizing what you could have missed, and all of the memories you've created. This song is very relaxing and soothing, it makes me just want to float away and rid of all my problems. Billie Joel Armstrong is a very talented artist when it comes to writing passionate songs. Another really good song by his band Green day is Wake me up when September ends, which is talking about the wars going on today and about how we wish it would end, and for our soldiers to come back home and be in peace. I'm not sure how to describe the song Time of your life other then brilliant. It's a very poetic piece of music.:]
